Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products sold by Babywearing Hub come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty (if provided). This generally covers defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, warranty claims must be made within 12 months from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered / Not Covered
- Covered: manufacturing defects, faulty stitching, buckles or hardware failure (not due to misuse).
- Not covered: wear-and-tear, damage caused by misuse, improper storing or washing, damage after first use, or unauthorised modifications.
How to Claim Warranty
If you believe a product is defective under warranty, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We’ll assess the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund.
Limitation of Liability
The warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights under applicable consumer protection laws (for example under the Australian Consumer Law). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective item.
