By accessing or using our website, purchasing goods, or otherwise engaging with Babywearing Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our site or services.
Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, and that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Products & Services
We sell baby carriers, slings, wraps and related accessories. All products displayed on the site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal, AfterPay/ZipPay if offered).
Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Please refer to our Shipping Policy (below) for details. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery (or collection, if applicable).
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Our Returns Policy and Warranty (below) apply to products purchased from Babywearing Hub. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.
Change of Mind / Wrong Purchase
If you change your mind, or the product isn’t suitable (e.g. size, style) — you may request a return within 30 days of receipt, provided:
- the product is unused, in original condition, with all original tags/packaging; and
- you provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the return is due to our error).
Once we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they meet the conditions, we will process a refund (or exchange) to your original payment method — minus any shipping costs.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months — you may request a replacement or refund under our Warranty Policy (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty (e.g. worn wraps, used carriers) — we will clearly mark any such items on the product page.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if conditions are not met (e.g. item not in original condition, beyond return window).

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness, suitability or safety for your individual circumstances. Use of products (e.g. baby carriers, slings) involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babywearing Hub (and associated officers, employees, affiliates) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, products, or services.
