Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for change of mind requests, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and meets all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- With all tags attached
- Returned with all instructions and included components
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, worn, washed, or are not in re-saleable condition.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order.
Where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty (e.g. worn wraps, used carriers) — we will clearly mark any such items on the product page.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if conditions are not met (e.g. item not in original condition, beyond return window).
